Our Story
Jared, Founder.
The story of Marpex Supplies Ltd began in a university hostel during my own graduation in 2020. Ceremonies were held virtually, and getting graduation attire from school for celebrations and photo shoots was a struggle for most graduates. I saw the opportunity and took it.
We started by sourcing gowns from existing vendors and distributing them to my fellow graduates. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for fashion, we found a real gap in the market. Graduates needed reliability and convenience as they planned their graduation celebrations, while schools, colleges, TVET institutions and universities needed adaptable, consistent, quality attire to keep up with the seasonal, demanding work of planning a graduation.
Since then, Marpex Supplies Ltd has had the honour of partnering with major universities as a trusted supplier of graduation gowns for sale and hire, and has dressed thousands of graduates in Kenya and abroad.
